Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items such as gift cards, downloadable software, and sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@vybesound.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in the shipment.
